How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
You get full access to every Pro feature for 14 days. No credit card needed. When the trial ends you go back to the Basic plan automatically. You don't lose any data, only the Pro features pause.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. After that you go back to the Basic plan. Your data and access remain intact, only Pro features pause.
What if I'm over Basic's limits when I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You'll see your existing products, ingredients and customers as read-only until you're back within the Basic limits or upgrade again.
